FAQs

  • We deliver to RG and GU postcodes for a £10 fee on orders below £250. If your order is over £250, delivery is free.

  • Yes! We have 2 different collection spots which will be confirmed via email once you’ve checked out. Collection is usually on a Friday for the weekend- however we can add more times if required.

  • Ideally, we ask for 48 hours notice however we do our best to fulfil every single order! If you have a last minute request, please send us an email on hello@elliejadeskitchen.com

  • Online Orders: Orders cancelled within 72 hours will not be refunded.

    Bespoke Catering: Please let us know any changes 2 weeks prior to your event date. Bookings cancelled within a week of the booking date will not be refunded.

    Extenuating circumstances will be dealt on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes you can! The pictures are a guide on the usual contents of the platters. If you would like to make any special requests, please type in the special requests box when ordering.
